Hilda Schnauble Obituary

Hilda Louise Arbaugh Schnauble, 93, of Westminster, died on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Carroll Lutheran Village Healthcare Center. Born on April 29, 1928 in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Emory Conrad Arbaugh and Anna Marie Polster Arbaugh. She was predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Howell Levere Schnauble.

Before retiring Hilda worked for the Carroll County Board of Education as a Cafeteria Worker for several different schools. She was a Charter Member at the Church of the Open Door.

She is survived by daughter Elaine Schnauble Holmes of Westminster, grandson Daniel Jeffery Holmes and wife Kate of Sarasota, FL as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by sister Aleatha Carlson, brother Norman Arbaugh and son Emmerson Schnauble.

Graveside services at Westminster Cemetery will be private.
