Howard "Butch" Andrew Noll age 82 of Manchester, Maryland died Friday, September 13, 2024 at BridgingLife Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born May 25, 1942 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Andrew George Noll and Santina DeCarlo-Noll. He was predeceased by his wife Brenda L. Noll who died in June of 2012, after 49 years of marriage as well as two sisters, Catherine Cook and Grace Vonkarstedt, and his brother William “Bill” Noll.

Surviving are daughters Renee Sayles of Lexington, NC and Christine Crowl of Westminster, MD, his sister Carolyn Dumbauld of Annapolis, MD, his grandsons Brock and Tyler Artfitch, granddaughters Kayla Crowl and Amber Sayles, his great grandchildren Camden Blankenship, Catalina (‘Cali’) Artfitch, London Artfitch and Darcy Artfitch and his loving partner of 12 years Sherry Leonard.

He retired from Carroll County Government in July of 2004 as Chief of the Bureau of Engineering after 27 years of employment. He enjoyed cycling, going to the gym and was a member and usher at St. John Catholic Church in Westminster, MD.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 10am-11am at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster, MD. Funeral services will begin at 11am to approximately noon then a procession will follow to Lake View Memorial Park, 2724 Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD where he will be laid to rest.
