Jacqueline Elizabeth Coates, 62, of Hanover, PA passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at UPMC Harrisburg, PA. Born February 21, 1963 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late William Edward Tugwell, Sr. and Marion Marie Tasker Seldomridge.
She is survived by her children James Michael Coates, Jr. and Sarah Marion Grace Coates and her brother William Edward Tugwell, Jr.
She was predeceased by her brother James Richard Seldomridge.
The family will recieve friends from 1 - 3 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157.
