Jacquelyn Youngbar Dieterich

Jacquelyn Youngbar Dieterich, 73, of Bridgeville, DE, former long-term resident of Taneytown, MD, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Seaford Center Nursing Home. Born November 2, 1950 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late James Thomas Youngbar and Dorothy Annette Szczepaniak Youngbar. She was the loving wife of 53 years to Ernest “Bill” Dieterich, Jr.

Before retiring she was a home visitor for Social Services of Frederick.

Besides her husband she is survived by her son Brian Jason Dieterich and wife Christi and grandson Liam, of Annapolis, MD and son Michael Curtis Dieterich; brother-in-laws Joseph Dieterich and Stephen Dieterich.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 44 Frederick Street, Taneytown, MD 21787 from 10 -10:45 a.m., eulogy will begin at 10:45 and Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Father Rey Landicho and Msgr. Martin Feild will be co-officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Church Cemetery.
