James Russell Vaughn, 33, of Westminster, died Thursday, August 10, 2023, at University Hospital in Baltimore.
He was born June 1, 1990 in Florida, and was the son of John Vaughn and Laura Semeler Vaughn of Thurmont, MD.
He was the General Manager for KFC in York, PA. He enjoyed going golfing.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife Amber Lee Vaughn, one daughter Aubrey Lee Vaughn of Westminster, five siblings: Joshua Vaughn, Daniel Puckett, Micheal Wright, Deborah Puckett, and William, his mother-in-law and father-in-law: Anna and Scotty Bailey of Westminster, and his brother-in-law Zac Bailey of Westminster.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
