Jesse Allen "Pops" Mullens Sr.

Jesse Allen “Pops” Mullens Sr., 65, of New Windsor, MD died Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born December 16, 1957 in Washington D.C., he was the son of the late Wiley Mullens and Shirley Tyler Mullens.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Annette E. Mullens.

Before retiring, he was a HVAC mechanic.

He enjoyed fishing and drinking a cold Budweiser with his friends.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three children: Jesse Allen Mullens Jr. (Keshawn) of Martinsburg, WV, Mark Samuel Mullens (Jessica) of Martinsburg, WV, and Keith Adam Mullens (Shalon) of New Windsor, MD, nephew Steven (Karen) and their son Seth of Germantown, MD as well as Thomas and Dustin; whom were considered as Jesse and Annette’s children. Also survived by five siblings: Wiley Mullens, Teresa Smith, David Mullens, Donna Robinson from NC, and Steven Mullens (Shirley) of Hagerstown, grandchildren: Mark, Chloe, Emma, Paige, Aiden, Kimberly, and Joseph, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother Michael Mullens, and his sister Regina Bonita.

A celebration of life service will be announced by his family at a later date.
