Jesse Kyle Tomlin Obituary

Jesse Kyle Tomlin, 38 of Westminster, died Sunday, August 24, 2025 at his home.

Son of Brian Keith Tomlin and Karla Ann Tomlin of Westminster, Jesse was a 2005 graduate of Westminster High School and studied at University of Baltimore's Merrick School for Business.

A passionate entrepreneur and talented carpenter, Jesse was the founder & president of Revival, specializing in home design, new builds and remodeling.

His dedication to community service and helping others was reflected through his non-profit “Push Hope Project.” He also organized Carroll County’s first Addiction Recovery Awareness Music Festival. His dedication was recognized when he received the Honorable Michael M. Galloway Award.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two children, Kylie Hope Tomlin and Jonah Brooks Tomlin; his sister, Karey Ann Tomlin and her wife Amber; brother Zachary Ryan Tomlin and his wife Amy; maternal grandmother Donna Mae Kibler; four nieces Harper, Savannah, Annabellah and Savannah Groves-Summerlin; three nephews Colin, Parker and Ethan; great uncle Ervan Kibler; uncle Reed Tomlin; great aunts Doris Kibler and Debbie Davis; aunts Lynn Weaver, Nancy Starner, Cathy Tibbs, Laurie Tomlin-Waldrup Dawn Kibler and Dana Kibler-Burke; as well as numerous cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Peggy Jane Tomlin; grandfathers David Thomas Kibler and Murray Pramer Tomlin; great grandmothers Mary Alice Kibler and Grace Crumbacker; great grandfathers Jonah Kibler and Evan Crumbacker; uncle David "Brian" Kibler; and aunt Denise "Pippi" Kibler.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 6th, 2025, from 1 to 2 PM at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 245 E. Main St., Westminster. A celebration of life will follow at 2 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the HOFFA Foundation, 6028 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD 21784.
