Jessica Phyllis Smolin

Jessica Phyllis Smolin, 81, of Westminster, died Thursday, August 19, 2021 at BridgingLife Dove House. Born June 10, 1940 in Worcester, MA, she was the daughter of the late Hollis Wright and Elizabeth Billings Wright.

Before retiring she worked as an X-Ray Tech at Suburban Hospital. She enjoyed going to the beach and watching the dolphins.

She is survived by three children, Emily Searles of Chico, CA; Joe Smolin of Martinez, CA and Laura Greene (Greg) of Westminster. Also survived by 7 grandchildren Rachel, Ashley, Joe, Jessica, Brian, Mitchell and Jamie.

Comfort My Mother Prayer:

Jesus, my Savior, comfort my mother, please. I ask that You prepare her for the end of her time on Earth. Give her peace and comfort in the idea of death and let her feel ready to go when the time comes. I ask that You help her say and do whatever it is she feels like she needs to do before she dies. God, let her know that it is okay for her to go when she is ready. Let her have comfort in the truth that we will miss her, but we know she will be happier with You.
