John Allen Jeskey, Sr.

We are very sad to announce the passing of John Allen Jeskey, Sr., of New Windsor, Maryland, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at the Bridging Life Dove House. He was born to Lillian Rifkin on June 30, 1941. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda Jeskey, of 57 years.

He was an incredible hard working, loving husband, father and grandfather who made it his life’s work to be there for others. He loved his work, being out on the bay and traveling to Aruba. Spent his last years lovingly caring for his wife in her time of need.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Cooney and husband Brian, sons John Jeskey, Jr. and Jason Jeskey; grandchildren John Jeskey, III, Justin, Breanna and Delani Cooney; and many nieces and nephews.

Family asks in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bridging Life Dove House. The aides/nurses went over and beyond caring for our Mom and Dad. Helping our family get through some unbearable times.
