Joseph E Bounds

Joseph E. Bounds, 77, of Woodstock, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021, at the Dove House, after a 14-year battle with dementia.  Joe was born May 17, 1944, in Granite to the late Donald E. Bounds and Ethelyn J. Hickey Bounds-Davison.  He was predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara A. Scott Bounds. He is survived by daughter Christine Bounds-Poulin and husband Rick Poulin of Seattle, WA and daughter Michele Bounds Leppo and husband Andrew Leppo of Hampstead and two grandchildren, Sierra and Casey Leppo of Hampstead.

Joe was a member of the Local 486 Steamfitters and Plumbers Union for over 50 years.  He was a hard worker who enjoyed tinkering in his garage, working on and racing his cars, farming, camping, swimming, the beach, ice cream and spending time with his daughters and granddaughters.

Services and interment will be private.
