Heavenly Father,

We thank you for the life we remember today. We thank you for every moment given, every lesson learned, and every memory that remains in our hearts.

You are the God of all comfort and we ask you now to surround this family with your peace. Heal what is tender, strengthen what is weary and hold close those who grieve.

We release our loved one into your care with trust and humility. May he rest in your mercy, wrapped in your love and welcomed into eternal peace.

Help us to walk forward with compassion, forgiveness and quiet strength, carrying his life with grace.

In your holy name we pray,

Amen
