Joshua “Josh” Adam Ward, 46, of Rosedale, died Saturday, March 8, 2025 at his home.  Born January 23, 1979 in Westminster he was the son of Tamara ‘Tami’ Dawn Zentz (Kyker) and husband Mark and Arthur ‘Art’ Joseph Ward and wife Terri.

 Josh had worked in retail sales as well as Zentz Roofing and The Chimes. He graduated from North Carroll High School in 1997.  He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, the beach, working out in the gym with his brother Zac, and his family. He was a big Ravens and Orioles fan and a lover of dogs. He also loved to help his brother Zac on his farm.  He will be most remembered for his big smile, gentle nature, the best hugs ever, and willing to help anyone anytime.

In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by son Gavin, brother Zachary ‘Zac’ J. Ward and his wife Lisa, nieces Shelby, Kylie and nephew Jaxson.  He is also survived by uncles Dana Kyker, Jr., II and wife Susan, Ronald L. Kyker and wife Ann, John Zentz, Jr. and wife Mary Jo, Jerry Zentz and wife Patty, Mike Zentz and Aunt Joan Berman and uncle William Smith. He was preceded in death by aunt Cheryl Smith, uncle Barry Berman, maternal grandparents Dana Kyker, Jr. and Ann Elizabeth Haines (Betty). He is also survived by numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends on Friday March 14, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD. Celebration of Life Services will begin at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Chris Guyer officiating. Interment will be private.
