Judith Ellen (Moorehead) Brown, age 90, of Catonsville, Maryland, died on June 14, 2025 at Charlestown Retirement Community. Judy was born in Muncie, Indiana on April 2, 1935. She graduated from the Radcliffe College of Harvard University in 1957. She met her husband, William Tenney Brown while working at the National Security Agency and they married in 1958. She spent many years lovingly caring for her family and then working in the St. John United Methodist-Presbyterian Church office before retiring. She was an active member of the Charlestown Retirement Community on many projects. Her husband pre-deceased her after 60 years of marriage in 2018. She is survived by her children, Stephanie H. (Brown) Rauen and her husband Mark, and Edward T. Brown and his wife Erica, her grandchildren Jason W. Rauen and his wife Michele, Amanda L. (Rauen) Brown and her husband Christopher Scott, Kari G. Brown, and Ava E. Brown, and great-grandchild Gavin S. Brown.

A memorial service will be held at Wilde Lake Interfaith Center (St.  John United Methodist-Presbyterian Church) on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 10:30 am at 10431 Twin Rivers Road, Columbia, MD.
