Justin Patrick Milligan

Justin Patrick “Porkchop” Milligan, 45, of Westminster, died on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at his home. Born March 21, 1981 he was the son of Deborah Lynn Litz Milligan of Westminster and the late Dennis Eugene Milligan.

Justin graduated from Westminster High School, Carroll County Career and Technology Center and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local union 24 and was an electrician. He enjoyed playing poker, politics, listening to podcasts and music, F1 racing, watching and talking football with his son Tilor and kitchen talks with his mother.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his son Tilor Milligan.

Services and interment will be private.
