Keith Shifflett Obituary
Keith Arlin Shifflett, 65 of Westminster died Sunday, March 30, 2025. Born in Frederick on May 6, 1959 he was the son of the late Thomas A. Shifflett and Violet J. Naill Shifflett.
He graduated from Westminster High School in 1977. He worked as a concrete finisher. He enjoyed fishing at the Chesapeake Bay. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his 2 sisters Carol E. “Cookie” Strevig and Patricia A. “Patsy” Magruder both of Westminster.
Interment will be private.
