On June 19, 2024, we lost a son, brother, new father, and family member.

Kenneth Ray Foy born October 14, 1988, passed away suddenly. He left us at the early age of 35.

He is the son of Judy Darlene Foy of Westminster. Surviving in addition to his mother is his 6-week-old son Layton Wesley, sister Kelli Richardson, brothers Ronald Foy and Kyle Lewis of Westminster, as well as numerous relatives and friends. Even though it was just a short time spent with his son here on earth, Layton meant the world to Kenny.

To know Kenny is to love him. He is always an upbeat guy that would talk to anyone whom he crossed paths with. He enjoyed the outdoors. He loved playing basketball. He also enjoyed fishing.

A visitation/gathering will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 10am-12pm at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St, Westminster, Maryland 21157.
