Kimberly Ann “Kim” Smith, 55, of Manchester, died Monday, March 10, 2025, at BridgingLife Dove House.  Born August 9, 1969 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Colleen (Hardingham) Alt and David Alt, Jr.  She is survived by her husband of 25 years, David Lee Smith.

She worked in the Special Education Department at Westminster High School.  Kim enjoyed Scentsy, camping, gardening, the beach and long drives to Lancaster.

Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by daughter Nichole Seymour and companion Wayne Myers of Westminster; Danielle Seymour and companion Travis Leitner of Manchester; Hope Seymour and companion Brian Bowers of Cascade; step-daughter Caitlin Elrad, sisters Mindy Burgess and husband Michael and Tammy Sullivan and a brother David Alt III, grandchildren Garrett Seymour, Maddison Seymour, Nicholas Seymour, Jessa Seymour, Wyatt Leitner, Justin Seymour and Lela Bowers, nieces Cindy Burgess, Hailey Burgess and nephew Luke Burgess.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m.  Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Uniontown.
