Margaret Juliana Bell, 92, of Westminster, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at the Dove House. Born October 22, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Anthony C. Ryan and Margaret J. Ryan. She was the loving wife of the late Dr. Robert F. Bell who passed away in 1988.

Margaret was a devoted mother who loved cooking, sewing and gardening. She enjoyed participating in the Prayer Shawl Ministry at Sacred Heart in Glyndon. Margaret was also active in her community as a member of the Carroll Hospital Foundation Board and The Carroll Hospital Auxiliary, and as a volunteer for various local organizations. She cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by children Kevin R. Bell (Linda), Erin M. Danz (Eric) and Sean R. Bell (Dianna), 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at St. John Catholic Church at 11 a.m., 43 Monroe Street, Westminster. Interment will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carroll Hospital Center.
