Mary Agnes (Nolker) Fogarty, beloved wife of the late James J. Fogarty and daughter of the late Agnes (Coady) and James Nolker, of Concordia at Cabot (PA) passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 20, 2026, at the age of 95. She previously resided at Utz Terrace in Hanover (PA), after living in Finksburg and Baltimore. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death an infant daughter, Julia, her parents, Agnes (Coady) and James Nolker.
She is survived by her children, Kathleen P. Mann of Manchester, Daniel P. Fogarty and Erin P. Fogarty of Sandpoint, ID, and Timothy P. Fogarty (Bridget) of Freeport, PA. She also is survived by four grandchildren, Jermiah Mann (Becca), Kristine Moser (John), Brianne Young (Corey) and Ryan Fogarty (Audra), four step grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by and infant daughter, Julia, her sister and brother, Catherine G. Hannum and James L. Nolker, and son-in-law, Craig Carash.
A Memorial Mass will be offered for her on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary Mother of God Church in Freeport, PA.
