Mary Elizabeth Hesson, 91, of Westminster, died Thursday, June 5, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.  Born June 15, 1933 in Elkridge, MD, she was the daughter of the late Mary A. (Riddle) Keller and Henry G. Keller.  She was the loving wife of William D. Hesson III. 

Before retiring she worked as an operator for C & P Telephone Co.  She also worked as a dairy farmer and as a homemaker.  She enjoyed flowers, puzzles and reading.

Besides her husband, she is survived by daughter Lori Ashbaugh (Jim) of Taneytown; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dean and Ruth Starner, special caregiver Valerie and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She was predeceased by siblings Ella Scherer, Lawerence Keller, Isabel Resch, Henry Keller, Raymond Keller, and John Keller.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Prayer services will begin at 3 p.m.  Interment will be private.
