Michael Allen Naill

Michael Allen Naill, 64, of Taneytown, died Monday, July 24, 2023, at his residence.  Born August 2, 1958 in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Rebecca (Holt) Naill and William E. Naill.  He was the beloved husband of Ann G. Naill, his wife of 19 years.

He worked as a floor installation specialist for Capital Carpets.  Michael was a graduate of South Carroll High School and enjoyed horseshoes, drinking beer, and hanging with his grandchildren.  He was a jack of all trades and loved by everyone.

Besides his wife, he is survived by children Kandy Parker (Nick) of Union Bridge; Lauren Jagger of Ocala, FL; Tommy Gildersleeve (Rachel) of Taneytown and Vincent Sturdivant (Asysha) of Glen Burnie; brothers William E. Naill, Bruce D. Naill, Tim S. Naill (Franny) and Glen R. Naill (Yung-soon), a sister Judy L. Stonesifer (Terry), 6 grandchildren Alexis, Dylan, Aaliyah, Miles, Thomas and Brynlee.

He was predeceased by a granddaughter Kailey.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Prayer services will begin at 7:30 p.m.  Interment will be private.
