Nancy A. G. Webb, 82, of Westminster, Maryland died Thursday, August 21, 2025 at Westminster Healthcare Center. Born November 21, 1942 in Gamber, she was the daughter of the late Donald O. Hagan and Clara Cool Hagan. Her husband Charles E. Webb, Sr. died March 29, 2013.
Before retiring she was a cook at Fairhaven for 23 years. She enjoyed cooking, Bingo and admiring her roses.
She is survived by 4 children Robert A. Petenbrink (Judy) of Falling Waters, WV., William S. Petenbrink (Kelly) of Hanover, PA., Todd A. Petenbrink (Amy) of Westminster, MD. and Donald J. Petenbrink (Debra) of Hampstead, MD.; one sister Susan Spivey of Westminster. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter Susan E. Kern, son-in-law Steven Kern, sisters Joyce L. Baker, Donna Moffitt and Regina Kesselring.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Art Monroe officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg, Maryland.
