P. Rose Gibbons, 81, of New Windsor, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Northwest Hospice. She was born on December 25, 1942, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Harry Paskenker and Lena Greene Paskenker. Rose was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Gibbons.

Before retiring, Rose established her own business, PRG Accounting, where she dedicated over 30 years to her practice. Her commitment to her work and clients left a lasting impact.

Rose found joy in creating art dolls. Her creativity and talent brought smiles to those who admired her unique creations. She hosted sewing classes in her home and made lasting friendships around the world with others that shared her passion for doll making and sewing.

Surviving Rose are her son, Michael Gibbons, and her sister, Leah Culotta. She was predeceased by her sisters, Sondra Dee and Jean Mulligan.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Sunday, March 24, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 254 E. Main St., Westminster, MD. The funeral service will commence at 1:00 p.m.
