Pamela Joy Brown, 66, of Union Bridge, died Friday, August 8, 2025 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born January 13, 1959 in Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Doris (Frock) Hansbrough. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Jennings V. Frock and Beulah V. (Keefer) Frock, brother Randy Hansbrough and former husband Tyrone E. Brown.

She was a seamstress at English American before retiring. Her hobbies included playing bingo with her lifelong friend Donna Cook, cooking for her family, gardening, watching Ravens football and her cat Gizmo. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter Crystal L. (Wilson) Smith of New Windsor, MD, step-son Donte B. Brown of Union Bridge, MD, 2 sisters Tina L. (Hansbrough) Ray of Hanover, PA, and Georgia Lee (Hansbrough) Ely of Blue Ridge Summit, PA, 6 grandchildren Neeko M. Smith, Tamira S. Smith, Niesha L. Brightful, Aaliyah N. Smith, Phoenix Brown and Ace Brown and 3 greatgrandchildren Kamyiah, Rowyn and Asher.

The family invites friends and relatives to a memorial service Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 6 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services at 254 E. Main St., Westminster, MD.
