Pamela Nipper Obituary
Pamela D. Nipper, 57, of Westminster, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born October 15, 1965 in Westminster, she is the daughter of Virgina Gesell and the late Robert Gesell. She was the loving wife of George Nipper.
She is survived by her children George D. Nipper, IV and his wife Amanda Muse, Elizabeth Nipper, Amanda Nipper and Joshua Nipper; her brothers and sisters Linda Groft, Mike Gesell, Steve Gesell and Wayne Gesell; grandchildren Julian, Leland, Lilly, Matthew Nipper and Kayden Schmit.
She was predeceased by her sister Sharon Blizzard.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157.
