Paul Vincent Frock, 84, of Hampstead, died Friday, May 30, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center surrounded by his loving family.  Born March 2, 1941 in Pimlico, MD, he was the son of the late Clarence “Ike” Frock and Dolores Kreiner Frock. 

Before retiring, he owned and operated Paul Frock Heating and Air Conditioning.  He held various plumbing and HVAC jobs after retirement where he was well respected.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, playing cards and horse racing.  Paul served in the Navy on the USS Saratoga CV-60 Aircraft Carrier. 

He is survived by children Tom Frock of Manchester; Susan Crawford (Darren) of Cambridge; and Jeff Frock of Westminster; siblings Charles “Snake” Frock (Barbara), Mary Frock Martin (Gary “Monk”) and Mike Walsh who was like a brother, grandchildren Tiffany Cutson and Tim Frock and former wife Elizabeth “Liz” Frock.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother John M. “Freeb” Frock.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m.  Interment will follow at St. John’s (Leister’s) Church Cemetery.
