Peggy Joyce Stultz (nee Cummings), 90, formerly of Westminster, died Monday, December 23, 2024, at Arden Courts Assisted Living in Potomac, MD.  Born December 7, 1934 in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Mary D. Swartzbaugh Lambert. 

She graduated from Westminster High School in 1953.  She was employed 20 years at C & P Telephone and retired in 1989.

She is survived by daughter Jacqueline L. Stultz and husband Michael J. Clemens, a son Gary H. Stultz and wife Lori, a granddaughter Annabelle Stultz, and sister-in-law Betty Cummings.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brothers Earle and Stuart Cummings.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m.  Interment will be private.
