PrisCilla Marie Wilson Hupp

PrisCilla Marie Wilson Hupp, 62, of Carroll County passed away on November 19, 2022. PrisCilla was born on April 18, 1960, to Rosalie Ann LaPlaca and Paul John Wilson in Washington D.C. PrisCilla graduated from Bladensburg High School in 1978. She was employed by Honeywell for twenty-three years as an administrator and a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church. PrisCilla was a loving and caring mother, daughter, friend, grandmother and sister. She cherished each and every person that came into her life and gave all that she could to those around her in need, even in times where she was in need herself. She was a godly woman, one who put her all into her faith and never wavered in her convictions. She was a vibrant spirit, someone who was always laughing and spreading joy to those close to her and, above all, she deeply loved her family. PrisCilla is survived by her three children, Christopher Wayne Carlisle, Paige N. Hupp, and Cheyenne G. Hupp and fiancé Tyler Mangiapane, her grandson, Hudson J. Mangiapane, and her brothers and sisters, Anna Wilson, Phillip (Michelle) Wilson, Bernice (Garry) Waggamon, and Robert Wilson, as well as many other family members, friends, and loved ones. There wasn’t a single person that she didn’t love with her whole heart. It is for certain that she will be deeply and dearly missed and held close to their hearts forever.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Friendship Baptist Church, 1391 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, MD with her Pastor Reverend Mark Massey officiating. Following the service, there will be a pot luck luncheon at the VFW Post 467, 519 Poole Rd., Westminster, MD 21157.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
