Randy Hayden Brown, 53, of Westminster, died on June 19, 2026 at University of Maryland Hospital. Born August 15, 1972 in Maryland, he was the son of the late Robert L. Brown and Margaret “Peggy” A. Smith Brown.
He was employed with the State Highway Administration MDOT. Randy was a member of the Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company and the Glyndon Volunteer Fire Company for 37 years. He was a member of the Owings Mills Sportsman Club and he enjoyed going to Sandy Hill Family Campground and pro wrestling.
He is survived by his sister Tina Perna of Pemberton, NJ; uncle Dennis Rishel, Sr. (Dixie) of Hanover, PA and aunts Penny Huff (Kent) of Rising Fawn, GA and Terry Parrish (Willie) of Georgetown, DE. Also survived by numerous cousins.
He is predeceased by his grandparents Wilbur Bangs and Emily Bags and Clarence Rishel and Mae Rishel.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on August 15, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Upperco Volunteer Fire Company Activities Building, 16020 Carnival Avenue, Upperco, MD 21155.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Glyndon Volunteer Fire Company, 4812 Butler Road, Glyndon, MD 21071.
