Renee Cecile Norman, “Ni Ni, Nay Nay”, 64, of Manchester, died Thursday, August 15, 2024, at BridgingLife Dove House.  Born September 5, 1959 in Glen Burnie, she was the daughter of Sandra (Carnahan) Norman of Florida and the late Paul Norman. She is survived by her beloved husband, Sterling W. Watson.

She most recently worked as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager and was employed by HFSG, Hanover Direct and Joseph A. Bank.  Renee enjoyed fishing and boating, gardening, arts and crafts and photography.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by children David Boczek, Jr. (Tonya), Stephanie Watson, Brandon Watson and Sarah Norman, siblings Lana Bank (Larry), Jan Norman, Michael Norman (Karen), Denise Roland, David Norman (Yvette) and grandchildren Madyson Boczek and Zachary Watson.  Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and honorary family members.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Interment will be private. 

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 with a location and time to be announced.  Please reach out to the family to share photos prior to the celebration.
