Richard Blizzard Obituary

Richard Martin Blizzard, Jr., 59, of Taneytown, died on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Dove House. Born July 22, 1961, in Hanover, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Richard Martin Blizzard, Sr. and Hilda Louise Ruppert Blizzard. He was the loving father of Richard Martin Blizzard, III (Kimberly McGregor) and grandfather to Moe Jasiah Blizzard.

Richard was a very gifted and talented carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, street rods and watching wrestling and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.

He is also survived by his brother Robert Blizzard and his best friends Randy and Kermie Stambaugh.

He was predeceased by his sister Brenda Finn.
