Richard Lee Duvall, 74, of Westminster, died Thursday, August 17, 2023 at BridgingLife Dove House. Born January 5, 1949 in Frederick, he was the son of the late Mary (Ogle) Kelly and Raymond Duvall and step-mother Donna. He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Ann Duvall.
Richard was employed as a Building Supervisor for Carroll County Public Schools. He served in the Army during Vietnam. He was a member of the Westminster Moose Lodge, Carroll County and Renegade Cloggers and enjoyed playing his guitar and country music.
He is survived by step-son John Widener (Holly) of Hanover, PA; companion Sandra L. Guinn, brothers Raymond “Butch” and Timothy Duvall, sisters Linda and Patricia, grandchildren Shelby, Chelsey, Elizabeth, Kyle and Shahara, great-grandchildren Kamryn, Leo, Samara, Montana, Mendeecee Lee, Dy’mya and Mulan.
He was predeceased by a daughter Denise Kutcherman and siblings Bobby, David and Mary Jean.
Services will be private.
