Richard Williams Obituary

Richard E. Williams, 79, of Westminster, died Sunday, March 1, 2020, at the Westminster Healthcare Center. Born February 11, 1941 in Baltimore City, he was the daughter of the late Amelia (Concannon) Williams and William H. Williams.

Before retiring he worked as a roofer. He loved old trucks.

He is survived by sisters Mary E. Rogers and Betty Jane, brothers Charles and William Williams, nieces and nephews Valerie A. Warfield, Deborah D. Hose, Lois Redmond, Angela Day-Tucker, Amelia Redmond, William Merryman, Sheila Merryman and Robert Merryman.

Private services will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
