Robert Drummond, 79, of Sykesville, died Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Carroll Hospital Center.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 6 p.m.
