Robert Gary Vinci, 79, 0f Westminster, died Friday, December 26, 2025 at Frederick Villa Healthcare in Catonsville. Born February 24, 1946 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Charles Vinci and Constance Wilson Norwood Vinci. Survived by his loving wife of 51 years Mary Ann Vinci.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969, upon discharge he secured a position with Baltimore City Police Department where he was stationed at NW Police District for 28 years. Upon retirement in 1998 Gary then worked with the Maryland Jockey Club at Pimlico and 2nd retirement in 2020. Gary enjoyed Alaska and Hawaii and his canal front property in Ocean City. He loved steamed crabs and his pets Sheba and Bruno and he loved history, Civil War, WW2 and documentaries He was a resident in Carroll County for 48 years and a member of St, John Parish.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Christa Noel Vinci and Charles Victor Vinci, sister Bonnie Keller, nephews and children Gregory (Tammy), Olivia, Liliana, Isabella and Gabe Keller, Daniel (Erica), Cillian Keller, Timothy (Mackenzie) Keller, niece Kimberly Bartolema, sister-in-laws and children Jan and Rico Vinci, Angela (Adrian) Hobson. He was predeceased by his brothers Richard Vinci and Donald Vinci and his sister Constance Sciabarrasi.
