Robert “Bob” Francis Bailey, 60, of Westminster, died on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born July 30, 1963 in Westminster, MD, he was the son of the late John Washington Bailey and Laura Louise Logue Bailey.

He was the owner and operator of Bob’s Hauling for many years and a lifelong member of the Shipley Community. He enjoyed working on his truck and watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his sons Douglas Bailey and Julio Ventura, Jr., both of Westminster; brothers and sisters Lucy Smith of Homosassa, Florida, Gary Bailey of Winfield, Ellen Berry of Homosassa, Florida and Scott Bailey of Westminster; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was predeceased by his brother John Bailey and sisters Deborah Gibson and Kathy Weinhold.

Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
