Roger Dale Sykes, Jr.

Roger Dale Sykes Jr., 48, of Westminster, died Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Carroll Hospital Center.  Born September 24, 1974 in Towson, he was the son of Judi Ann Edwards Honeycutt of Bealeton, VA and Roger Dale Sykes. Sr. of Maryland. 

He was employed at Burger King in Westminster. 

He was an avid gamer, animal lover and would give you the shirt off his back. He also gave the gift of life by being an organ donor.

Besides his mother and father, he is survived by two brothers; Shane and Steven Sykes of Westminster and step-father Jack Honeycutt.

Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 5th, from 2-3 pm, with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 3 pm, at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main St., Westminster, MD 21157.
