Roxanne Cotter Obituary

Roxanne Cotter, 62, of Westminster, died on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born on February 9, 1958, she was the daughter of Charles Simms of Westminster, and the late Grace Simms.

She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her father she is survived by one son, Patrick Cotter, Jr. and wife Kathy of Westminster; one daughter Casey Smith of Westminster; and four grandchildren Justin, Corey, Chase, and Skyler.
