Thomas Otto Boone, 69, of Westminster, died Friday, December 1, 2023 at Carroll Hospital Center.  Born January 24, 1954 in Westminster, he was the son of the late Jean E. (Frock) Boone and Harold F. Boone. He was the grandson of the late Mary Frock and Ivan Frock and Hannah Mae Boone and Chester Boone.

Tom was a kind soul with a huge heart. He was a man of deep faith who prayed daily. Tom loved being outdoors and riding around on his Kawasaki Mule. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Tom’s greatest joy came from sports, particularly watching the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and professional wrestling. He was an avid collector of sports memorabilia.

Tom’s family meant everything to him. He is survived by cousins Alison Rohrbach and husband Rick Rohrbach, John Frock and wife Kim Frock, Robert Frock and partner Sue Yingling, and Karen Petry and husband Trevor Petry. He is also survived by numerous second and third cousins, who he loved dearly.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Memorial services will begin at 12 p.m. with Pastor Amy Bell officiating. Interment will be private.
