Todd Ray McNeill

Todd Ray McNeill, 53, of Sykesville, died July 31, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center.  Born May 10, 1969 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Sterling R. McNeill and Yvonne F. McNeill. 

He worked many years in the insurance and auto industries.  He graduated from South Carroll High School in 1987, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Baltimore. He loved spending time with his daughter and he also enjoyed fly fishing, watching Orioles baseball, Ravens football and playing golf.

Besides his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Brielle Grace McNeill and her mother Shannon of Manchester, his brother Joseph Lee McNeill and wife Heather of Westminster.  He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster.  A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. with Rev. Jack L. Burton officiating. Interment will be private.
