Todd Regan Shortley

Todd Regan Shortley, 57, of Westminster, MD, passed away on November 1, 2023, in York, PA.  Todd was a skilled machinist, beloved partner, brother, uncle and friend.  Todd leaves behind him a legacy of craftmanship, kindness and warmth that will forever be remembered by those who knew him.  

Todd graduated from Westminster High School in 1984 and furthered his education at Carroll County Career and Technology Center, where he started his profession of 40 years as a machinist with an unrelenting dedication.  

Todd is survived by his partner, Nicole, and her daughter Athena, and his six siblings: Margaret, Thomas, Timothy, Ted, Maura, and Katherine.  Todd also had a special place in his heart for his 8 nieces and 11 nephews.   He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Richard Shortley Sr., mother, Janice Agnes Beauregard and brother-in-law, Robert L. Green.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 11 am – 12 pm, at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD, with a service beginning at 12 pm.  Interment will be at Deer Park Cemetery, Smallwood, MD.
