Vincent Domenick “Vinnie” Caprarola, 24, of Hanover, MD, left this life on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Born October 31, 1999 in Westminster, he was the beloved son of Domenick (Dega) Caprarola and Elaine Caprarola.

Vinnie was a 2017 graduate of Winters Mill High School, and a 2021 graduate of the University of Maryland, earning his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He was employed as a CNO Developer with ManTech in Hanover, MD. Vinnie was just amazing. God blessed him with a brilliant mind, amazing musical talent, the kindest heart, and a humble presence. He was born with a love for computers and all things programming, and used his gifts working in cyber security. His love of airplanes led him to pursue a pilot’s license, and he had just completed all his flight training and several cross-country solos. He was also an avid bicyclist, and he was blessed to have experienced the C & O and GAP trails, both ways, with his brother Chance this past summer.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother Chance Caprarola and his dog Bluey. Vinnie is also survived by innumerable aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who were both a blessing and blessed to be part of his short life.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Hanover First Church of God, 600 Fairview Dr, Hanover, PA 17331, with Pastor Dan Thomas officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hanover, PA.
