Vincent Brion Dell

Vincent Brion Dell, 64, of Finksburg, MD, died November 15, 2023, at home. Born June 6, 1959, he was the son of the late Cleveland Joshua Dell and Ruth Anna Baumgardner Dell.

He graduated from Westminster High School in 1979 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an HVAC technician. He was a member of the American Legion Post 31 where he served as Commander from 2010-2013, the Carroll County Commander from 2015-2016, and two years on the Department Executive Committee. He was also an Auxiliary member of the VFW, Post 467.

He is survived by sons Brion and Brandon, daughter Bambi, brothers John and wife Sue, Gary and wife Judy, sister Sarah and husband Rick and grandchildren Aubrey, Skylnn, Isaiah, Waylon and Alexy, nieces Tina and Holly and nephew Ritchie and numerous aunts and cousins.

He was predeceased by brother Ed and wife Barb.

The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm, with an American Legion Service at 6:30 pm, on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 10 – 10:30, with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating, followed by sharing from 10:30-11:30. Interment with military honors will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
