Virginia Lynn Ryan

Virginia L. Ryan, 65, of Westminster, died Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Atlee Hill Health Center.  Born September 22, 1957 in Oak Hill, WV, she was the daughter of the late Juanita (Sparrows) Tolley and Raymond E. Tolley.  She was the beloved wife of William “Bill” Ryan, her husband of 40 years.

She worked as an Insurance Claims Auditor.  Virginia enjoyed volunteering for Rita’s Closet and helping with the YMCA youth groups.  She was a member of the Westminster Marching Band.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter Shelly Ryan and son Issac Ryan, both of Westminster.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Celebration of Life Services will begin at 3 p.m.
