Vivian Pruitt Obituary
Vivian “Viv” Marlene Pruitt, 79, of New Windsor, died Thursday night, May 13, 2021 at Carroll Hospital. Born October 28, 1941 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Luther Kemp Rowe, Sr. and Francis Green Rowe.
Before retiring she worked for Westinghouse for 17 years and then worked for the Frederick County Health Department. She was a member of the Union Bridge VFW Post # 8806.
Survived by her daughter Lisa Pollard and husband Chad of New Windsor; a brother Danny Rowe and wife Sandy of Taneytown; three grandchildren Tiffany Carnegie, Zachary Carnegie and wife Maggie and Wayne Pollard; three great-grandchildren Lanaeya, Xavier and Amayah Hill; nieces Heather and Holly Rowe, Jessica Flynn and faithful caretaker Diane Newman-Stoneroad.
She was predeceased by a brother Luther Rowe, Jr.
Services and interment will be private.
