Wayne Joseph Tokarski

Wayne Joseph Tokarski, 64, of Westminster, died Friday, December 24, 2021, at Carroll Hospital.  Born June 24, 1957 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William Joseph Tokarski, Jr. and Patsy Ruth White Tokarski.  He is survived by his beloved wife Carole Joan Shelton. 

He was employed as a Fleet Operations Manager for Vane Bros. and member of St. John Catholic Church.  He was a model train collector and avid Harley Davidson rider.  He also enjoyed camping and boating on the Potomac River at the River Bend. 

Besides his wife, he is survived by a son Benjamin Tokarski, 4 siblings Linda Tracey, Betty Garland, Diane Creamer and Curtis Tokarski.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 

Celebration of Life Services will be held Friday, December 31, 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster with a service beginning at 5:30 p.m. with Deacon Joseph Cinquino officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Benjamin Tokarski Educational Fund, c/o Carole Shelton, 2406 Neudecker Rd., Westminster, MD 21157.
