William L Arbaugh

June 9, 1939 ~ August 3, 2021 (age 82)


William L. “Billy” Arbaugh, 82, of Westminster, died Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the Dove House.  Born June 9, 1939 in Cranberry, he was the son of the late Ralph William Arbaugh and Daisy Mae Stimax Arbaugh.  He was predeceased by his loving wife Regina “Jean” N. Arbaugh who died December 20, 1993.

Before retiring he worked for Shriver’s Canning Factory, Tidewater Trucking, Wamplers and drove a Senior Citizens Bus.  He enjoyed dogs, cooking and served in the Army. 

He is survived by two sisters Patricia A. Combs of Maryville, TN and Margaret L. Nikirk of Lampassa, TX; nieces Roxanna Miller and family, Julie Nikirk and family, nephew Randy Combs and family, devoted friends Ronnie Hoffman, Robin Lewis and family, Michael Parry and family and a brother-in-law Pete Snyder.

He was predeceased by brothers and sisters Ralph A., Frances E., Harry L., John D. and Robert L. “Archie” Arbaugh, Betty J. Haage and Shirley M. Snyder.

Graveside services at Lake View Memorial Park will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Humane Society of Carroll County, 2517 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158.
