William "Bill" Jaspert III

William “Bill” Jaspert III, 67 of Linwood, MD, passed peacefully at his home surrounded by family on 28 July, 2020.  Born 25 July 1953, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late William B. Jaspert Jr. and Zadi Cook Jaspert. 

He was a printer for over 20 years and spent the last several years as a professional grandpa.  In addition to spending time with his family, Bill loved going to Deep Creek Lake whenever possible, riding his Harley Davidson, cooking, gardening and tinkering with anything that needed fixing. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Karen and his children: Jessica Rosenbloom (Forrest) of Hanover, PA; Kari Jaspert of Alpharetta, GA; William “Bernie” Jaspert IV (Alexis) of Westminster, MD; and Julian “Joel” Jaspert (Julia) of Linwood, MD.  He is also survived by his grandchildren: Forrest, Hunter, Brantley, Coraline, Dalton, Addison, Rheagan, William “Liam” Jaspert V and his siblings: Mark Jaspert (Valerie) of Allison Park, PA and Babette Antognoni (Peter) of Lowell, MA as well as his nieces and nephews: Alan, Matthew, Laura and Joseph. 

Bill was preceded in death by his brother Jeffery Jaspert. 

Due to coronavirus restrictions, the family will be limiting visitation to close family and friends with internment taking place at Alleghany County Memorial Park in Allison Park, PA at a later date.
