William (Bill) Harold Willis, 75, of New Windsor, died Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Northwest Hospice.  Born November 2, 1948 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Helen (Andrews) Willis and Arthur Willis of Florida. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol Ann Willis.

He proudly served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, then went on to work at Alban Tractor and Cherry Hill Construction as a heavy equipment mechanic and shop foreman. After retiring he filled his time as the Post Commander at the VFW in Pasadena, MD.

Besides his father, he is survived by his daughter Michelle Adams and his sons William “Billy” Willis and Shane Hayes, brother Jon Willis and sister Deborah Crites.  Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son Roy Hayes and brother Richard Willis.

Bill will be greatly missed by friends and family but will never be forgotten.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
