Eleanora was my Mother's friend from Asbury Methodist Village. An introduction was made- and I had a new friend. She was "by the Book" and I can recall her saying "get thee behind me..." which allowed her to be as generous, kind, and giving as her life would allow. Good memories of a great person. Bless her memory.

My heart is glad when I realize that Ellanora has gone on to receive her ultimate healing & is even now singing & rejoicing in Heaven with her Lord. I am saddened for us, however - will miss her dear, smiling face so much! Ellanora always had a kind word, a smile & a big hug for me. I knew her through Grace UMC Bible study & she was one of the first to greet me when I first joined. I went with her to the Clothes Closet & she gave me a brief tour around Asbury when I asked where she lived. Ellanora was a great example of love in action; all the visits to bedsides & encouragement she gave to others. And her walks up & down that road inspired me many times to get more exercise! She was amazing for any age, let along 87 years! My prayers are with her family - God bless you. I will sorely miss Ellanora, but would not be selfish enough to wish her back from Heaven.
